[Do you know what today happens to be? Well do you?? It's Naoto's birthday of course! (Not that anyone would know besides two people) And she's spending it... not... exactly how she had originally planned. Instead of reading her heart away at the library, she's out and about in the village with a card in her hand, white lilies sticking out of her shoulder bag's pocket and a focused look on her face.

What is she doing? She's on a scavenger hunt of course! Sure it may seem a little childish but at least it's been slightly entertaining. Well... even if it wasn't, she couldn't just blow the whole thing off. She'd never forgive herself if she didn't investigate. Besides, there might be something interesting waiting for her at the end!

So throughout the entire day, Naoto will be wandering around the village (more specifically around the school, library and plaza) in search for her next clue. Where will you find her?]

[After finding the sixth book, lily and clue, Naoto has found herself making her way up to the roof of the library. When she reaches the top, she's... half surprised and half not to see a certain person standing up there with her. But she won't let the surprise show. Instead, she smiles lightly.]

[All he can really do is slip his hands back into his pockets, shifting his weight from one foot to the other and giving her another small smile. He had tried really hard to make this special, and it seems like it worked.]

I know you didn't want to really celebrate today...but I wanted to.

[Not that she minds, really, she's glad he did this but at the same time she's curious.]

Because you're one of my best friends and you deserved something special...why not?

I don't know if I'd call it being too nice. You make it sound like you don't deserve it.

Ah--Whatever I want? [Fluster fluster] I-I can't think of anything particularly exciting that I'd like to do. [EXCEPT READING but. he spent all day trying to make today special so...

It doesn't have to be exciting. It just has to be whatever you want to do.

[ Thinking thinking.. SNAPPING HER FINGERS. Okay so she didn't really snap her fingers but she got an idea] Seasalt ice cream.

You once told me that after a mission, you would retire to the clock tower and eat seasalt ice cream there, correct?

Yeah, that's right. I didn't think you would remember that.

Why wouldn't I? [Come on Roxas give her some credit. She does, after all, write down pretty much everything you tell her... ]

[Yeah, he should know that.] ...I think we can get ice cream from the grocery store. Wanna go look?

Of course. Shall we then? [She starts to walk to where she came out but not before turning around to wait for Roxas]

[He strides to catch up, nodding a bit before walking by her side to head down to the village.]

[And so she walks with him in silence as they get down to the plaza but then it dawns on her-]

Roxas-kun? When is your birthday?

...I don't really have one. [Not that he's aware of, anyway.] But Axel said just to celebrate it on the same day as my anniversary in Luceti. So...September the 9th.

I see... I will keep that in mind then.
