7th Case - [Voice]/[Action]

[Voice]

[Though it's relatively quiet, a slight breeze can be heard passing over the mic.  The sound of leaves rustling against one another is also there.  That calm silence lasts for only a minute, then a voice appears though its also rather quiet]

...It seems I have been brought back.  [Another pause then she speaks again, a bit more irritated]  Unfortunately, I'm unable to remember anything that happened in the time I was gone.  Dammit.

...My body aches...I don't think I'll be able to move off of this branch in this condition.  I...need to rest... [Her voice fades off.]

[Action]

[Not too far from the village, up in a tree on a thick branch, there lies a Naoto, but she isn't very high up at all.  Someone could easily get her down without climbing themselves.  One leg is dangling off of the branch and the other is up on it.  Her back is resting against the trunk behind her and the journal is resting nicely in her lap.

Her face and neck bare a few scratches and her arms are covered in deeper cuts that disappear up her sleeves.  Not to mention she's relatively weak so that makes moving around an issue. 

Although she looks like she's asleep, her eyes being closed and all, she's only just resting so she'll notice anyone who comes by. 

Though she isn't aware of it right now, she's lost all sense of feeling/touch, temporarily of course.  For example, she wouldn't be able to tell if something was hot or freezing by touching it or like she can't feel someones body heat.]

[Ever since Mithos was taken, Yuan's been more prone to searching the village perimeter. He's got a nasty suspicion that despite being weakened from experimentation, Cruxis's former leader will have some pent-up rage, so he feels that it's best if he gets to Mithos first.

What he wasn't expecting to find was another acquaintance of his who'd been taken by the Malnosso. They hadn't spoken since the experiment ended, nor had they ever spoken before it. Still, he can't just leave her there.]

[This person is defiantly someone Naoto didn't expect to be walking around the forest. She opens her eyes and looks down, staring at Yuan for a moment. It's been a while since she last spoke to him, which was during the experiment. She manages to give him a slight nod along with a very faint smile]

[A fairly pointless comment, but he doesn't know how else to address the issue.]

[She nods and looks down at her arms, examining the cuts. Oddly enough they didn't hurt that badly even though they should]

It seems the Malnosso have a tendency of injuring their test subjects far more than they should.

[Meanwhile, he's telling himself that this offer does not have anything to do with lingering father feelings- that he's offering because fellow captives should help each other out, and that innocent girls like Naoto deserve aid from time to time.]

[well that doesn't sound good at all.] Can you see any landmarks?

[Give her a second as she looks around as best she can] No, all I can see are trees. I don't hear water either.

[not much to go on, but... maybe Koromaru can help.]

[She sounds a bit more relieved now] Thank you, Minato-san.

[of course, since he has no idea which end of the village to start at, Yuan will undoubtedly find her first.]

[She chuckles a little, it's nice to hear from him since it's been a while.]

If you could, I would appreciate it. It's difficult to move right now. [Taking a look around] Trees...that's all I'm able to see from my position.

Of course, it's no problem. [a pause; Sora's gathering a few of his belongings. he can't help but pause and reflect on how familiar this situation is; he's just sorry that she was taken. if he could help it, nobody would ever have to be mallynapped.]

Are you okay otherwise? You haven't noticed any changes, right?

Thank you, Sora.

[Changes? She pauses for a moment to think. The only thing that's wrong, that she can tell, is the fact that she's fatigue] No, I haven't noticed any significant changes but I'm all right besides the few common symtoms and injuries that some people return with.

[there's a brief silence, save for the sound of footsteps and a door slamming. Sora's on the move.]

[Aww, Rise don't cry. Naoto smiles at the sound of Rise's worried voice]

I can hear you, Rise-san. I'll do my best to stay awake.

[A pause as she contacts Kouki. Then--]
