[Voice]

[Though it's relatively quiet, a slight breeze can be heard passing over the mic. The sound of leaves rustling against one another is also there. That calm silence lasts for only a minute, then a voice appears though its also rather quiet]

...It seems I have been brought back. [Another pause then she speaks again, a bit more irritated] Unfortunately, I'm unable to remember anything that happened in the time I was gone. Dammit.

...My body aches...I don't think I'll be able to move off of this branch in this condition. I...need to rest... [Her voice fades off.]

[Action]

[Not too far from the village, up in a tree on a thick branch, there lies a Naoto, but she isn't very high up at all. Someone could easily get her down without climbing themselves. One leg is dangling off of the branch and the other is up on it. Her back is resting against the trunk behind her and the journal is resting nicely in her lap.

Her face and neck bare a few scratches and her arms are covered in deeper cuts that disappear up her sleeves. Not to mention she's relatively weak so that makes moving around an issue.

Although she looks like she's asleep, her eyes being closed and all, she's only just resting so she'll notice anyone who comes by.

Though she isn't aware of it right now, she's lost all sense of feeling/touch, temporarily of course. For example, she wouldn't be able to tell if something was hot or freezing by touching it or like she can't feel someones body heat.]

I'll do my best not to. I should be able to tell by sight. [She looks down at her hands then at Yuan]

... Multiple times. [And the longer he stays here, the bigger the chances it'll happen again.]

What symptoms have you returned with in the past?

All sorts of things. From physical injuries to the loss of my voice.

I see...how long were you unable to use your voice?

A week or two. No more than that.

So the effects last longer than I expected...thankfully it isn't too serious.

You'll be fine, trust me.

[By now, they've reached the edge of the village. Yuan slows to a stop, glances around vaguely and finally meets Naoto's eyes.] Which house do you live in?

[She nods then points in one direction] I live in the third community housing building.

All right. [And he continues his trek in that direction.]

[Naoto looks down at her hands] Thank you, Yuan.

I'd think most people would have done the same thing in my stead.

There are those who don't perform such kind tasks... [Her voice is fading as she slowly drifts off to sleep in his arms. Staying awake for so long was such a chore for her]

[Yuan can sense danger coming a mile away, luckily, so he decides to get more information before it's too late.] ... Which apartment is yours?

[She uses the last bit of her energy to open her eyes and speak, though her voice is at a whisper] Fifteen...

[By now, Yuan's come to realize that he'll be having to put an unconscious girl to bed. Honestly, the situations he gets himself into...]

Do you have a key with you?

[How kind of you Yuan~. Now...key, key...she some how manages to dig in her pants pocket and pull one out. She's fighting to stay awake]

Here..

Just keep it in your pocket for now. [He can't really take it, seeing as he's got his hands full with... well.. you. He'll just fish it out of the pocket later if he has to.]

[She gives him a small nod but instead of putting the key in her pocket, she holds it in both hands. It'll be easier to get to that way]

[Suit yourself, Naoto. The rest of the trip will continue in silence and once Yuan reaches the community building, he starts ascending the stairs.]

[Naoto is practically asleep now, well on the edge of being asleep. She's forcing herself to keep consciousness]

[Once they reach apartment fifteen, he sets Naoto down on the ground, allowing her to lean against the wall next to the door. Then he crouches down beside her to take that key from her hands.]

We're almost there.

[She opens up her hands so he can grab the key and tries to sit up a bit more against the wall]

[He takes the key and, after unlocking the door, lifts Naoto back into his arms. Now he just needs to find her bed and they're good.]

[When he picks her up again, she rests her head against his chest with her eyes closed. Her bedroom should be easy to pick out since Rise's is more girly and Souji's obviously has his clothes in it]
