20th Case - [action]

[Do you know what today happens to be?  Well do you??  It's Naoto's birthday of course!  (Not that anyone would know besides two people)  And she's spending it... not... exactly how she had originally planned.  Instead of reading her heart away at the library, she's out and about in the village with a card in her hand, white lilies sticking out of her shoulder bag's pocket and a focused look on her face.

What is she doing?  She's on a scavenger hunt of course!  Sure it may seem a little childish but at least it's been slightly entertaining.  Well... even if it wasn't, she couldn't just blow the whole thing off.  She'd never forgive herself if she didn't investigate.  Besides, there might be something interesting waiting for her at the end!

So throughout the entire day, Naoto will be wandering around the village (more specifically around the school, library and plaza) in search for her next clue.  Where will you find her?]

[Locked to Roxas]

[After finding the sixth book, lily and clue, Naoto has found herself making her way up to the roof of the library.  When she reaches the top, she's... half surprised and half not to see a certain person standing up there with her.  But she won't let the surprise show.  Instead, she smiles lightly.]

So. What are you looking for?

The items placed at the location hinted on this card will be a book coupled with a white lily. [She takes one of the flowers gently out of her bag]

It is the pattern thus far.

So... will it be in any book or is there a theme? Because it would be pretty crazy to have to look in every single book.

No, it would not be placed inside the book itself. It would make finding it much more difficult if that were the case. [And fun, if you ask her] I suspect that the book and lily will both be placed on a table or chair somewhere here in the library.

[Well that makes sense, although... Sokka looks up at the shelves.]

Or on top of a shelf? [Not impossible to find, but certainly annoying to look on top of.]

[She takes a look up at the shelves]

I suppose it's possible, even though the task of getting it up there to begin with would be rather difficult. Taking a spot like that into account, it would be best to check there as well.

Well you just need a way to get up there. Like a ladder or something.

Hm... [She takes a look around] It is rather unfortunate that there are no rolling ladders in this library to assist us. Do you possess one?

Well I think I left them in my other pants.

[So no, he doesn't. Without going all the way home. But maaaaybe a chair will be enough. For him.]

[Wow, that's rude. He fixes her with a frown.]

I am taking it seriously. I just happen to not take things too seriously. Besides, I think a chair will be enough.

Then if you would please. [She motions to one of the nearby shelves. She would grab a chair herself to step up on but...

1. It's rude and improper to stand on library chairs!!!
2. She. probably wouldn't even be able to see over the top of the shelves]

[Sokka nods and takes a library chair and moves it in front of a shelf, stands up on it, and... okay. Nothing.]
