...I'm in the tunnels.

[She'd seen everyone traipsing in on the 29th but leaving someone behind...well, that hadn't felt right. But it's the 30th now and it's gotten scarier so maybe, just maybe, going with that plan wasn't a bad idea.

[That's a good thing to know, really. She'd prefer that Rise be there than here where there are earthquakes and things flying around.]

I am, but you're not. It's dangerous out there now, isn't it?

It is hazardous at the moment, yes. It doesn't help with the fact that a good majority of the people are in a state of panic right now.

[analyzing]

Are there still...lots of people on people on the surface then?

More than I expected there to be. Though I know a few are planning to leave for the tunnels shortly.

[analyzing]

I see. It's probably as dangerous in both places if the moon crashes, but... [it's scary either way.]

How about you? Will you come down here as well?

Honestly, I had no intentions of leaving the village. I want to see what the moon will do, what will really happen.

[analyzing]

...why?

Curiosity? You should know I wouldn't want to miss something like this.

Well, yeah, but it's still dangerous up there. Can't you watch it from inside the tunnels where it's safe?

It can be difficult to gather information when you're not placed in the middle of the situation itself. Watching it from behind a glass wall isn't the same.

[Gotta throw yourself into the danger zone]

That depends on the kind of information you need as well.

That is true. I'm simply trying to gather information based on personal experience.

Staying in the tunnels is part of the experience too. It's not gonna be all untouched, so...

Basically, what I'm saying is that you shouldn't be putting yourself out there in danger.

[Sigh] I'll move to the tunnels later in the day, would that be all right?

[She shakes her head.]

Now. It's all weird, even underground. [But 'weird' is too general to explain how she feels at the moment, the connection with Kanzeon, and what not. It's hard to describe.] I dunno if it's the moon, but...it's a lot more dangerous up there than it is here, I'm sure.

How is it weird, exactly? [She's not trying to go off topic now, she's just curious really. But if it makes you feel any better Rise, she's getting ready to go to the tunnels]

Well, it sounds weird, but...I think some of the rocks here float a little. I'm serious!
