[Even though things have calmed down concerning the whole Vanitas ordeal, that doesn't mean Naoto is going to stop training and just relax.  She has to get stronger, right?  So in the morning, she'll be doing her usual thing of heading to the battle dome to train but only for an hour or two.

After that, anyone who is walking around may spot Naoto on the steps to Community Building 4 with a few random objects on the step beside her and one in her hand.  In fact she seems to be focusing on it a great deal, wires coming out of the little trinket as she carefully connects them to each other with different tools.

Later on in the afternoon she'll be at the library, picking out a cook book then she'll head over to the grocery store to get the proper ingredients to make taiyaki and she'll even go to the item shop to grab some more random things to experiment with.

So feel free to bother our little detective]

Oh, I'm all right. I'm trying to make a more advanced version of a radio that I created years ago.

[And this time it's installed inside a real knife too]

[Well that sounds dangerous. Buuuut, she's kind of interested, anyway. And so she is going to continue to stare at the objects intently.]

You're able to make things like that? Oooh... You must be really talented!

[She blushes a little from the compliment]

I-I wouldn't say I'm talented per say. To be honest, the last time I created something like this was when I was a child so I'm not as good as I used to be.

[...?!]

As a child?! Even if you don't think you're as good as you were then, the fact that you were able to do it while so young proves that you're talented.

[Aaaand then she notices Naoto's flustered appearance.]

U-um, I'm sorry if saying that is odd. Especially from a stranger.

[She could fluster a lot more and thanks to that she's currently on her way to that point]

T-Thank you, I suppose.

[Shaking her head] N-No it isn't that strange. [ ... ] Are you a New Feather?

A New Feather...?

[And then she remembers hearing that term used by someone when she first arrived.]

Um, yes, I am. I only got here very recently.

[In fact her wings are even still hurting a bit.]

I see.

[That explains why she seems so hesitant and why Naoto didn't recognize her, normally she sees everyone around town at least once

Might as well introduce herself while she's at it] My name is Naoto Shirogane.

[cherishedmiracle]

I'm Nagisa Furukawa. It's nice to meet you! [She smiles.]

Also, are you a detective...?

[She just happened to take note of Naoto's attire.]

It's a pleasure to meet you as well.

[Blink blink. Well it's not everyday people note that she's a detective right off the bat but it makes her smile nonetheless]

[Wow I typed Minato. After hearing Leon tell her that people came from worlds with aliens, she's curious to find out. Oh Nagisa.]

[Sora asked this question once before but it was hard to describe sooooo she'll just say where she was from and hope this girl knows it]

I lived in Japan.

Really?! I did too! U-um, what part of Japan...?

[And now she thinks they may have possibly known each other. Different canons, man. How do they work.]

I lived in Inaba, towards the mountains. And yourself?

I live in Hikarizaka. It's a... um... I guess you could call it a large town or a small city. But it's in a hilly area.

IT IS TOO REAL....to them.

I don't believe I've ever heard of that town.

[Then again she's normally only called to work in Tokyo and the bigger cities]

I'm not sure if I've heard of Inaba, either. But it's okay! It's nice to know that at least there's someone else who's lived in Japan.

[And so she smiles.]

There are several people from Japan that are here so we aren't the only ones.

[And it's pretty nice too]

[Suddenly more curiosity!]

Hmm... Do you know the Big Dango Family?

[fortuneprince]

The Big Dango Family?

[A pause] I know what a dango is, yes, but I can't say I'm familiar with that particular thing.

[cherishedmiracle]

Yes! It's a family of dangos. There are a hundred of them!

[...] I wonder if there are many different Japans? I don't know of many people who have never heard of the Big Dango Family where I'm from, if at all, so...

Well it's possible we all live in parallel universes but even so I'm sure this dango family exists in all of them. You see, I don't exactly take the time to look into that type of thing.

[Detective stuff is the way to go man]

Oh, maybe... It's very interesting to think about! I hope the Big Dango Family is in other Japans too, though. They're so cute.

I'm sure they are. You could always ask the other people who lived in Japan.

[She gives a small chuckle at that]
