The Welcome Center is mostly prepared to be like the first stop for all New Feathers. In case the stores are closed when the New Feathers arrive there are tons of clothes there for them to grab, it's also great in case something happens and people can't go to their houses for a while or something, they can use the clothing there. There are also beds for people to sleep in... It's pretty much like a refuge, perfect to stay in until one gets used to the place and such. I stayed only a couple of nights before I moved to an apartment myself, but I think most people don't stay much longer.

There will probably be a New Feather Party soon, every cycle there's one so the New Feathers can get to know more people and such, it also works as a sort of welcome party.
